The TEPF offers aid in several ways. We may offer vouchers or goods depending on your request. There are guidelines in place to help us ensure we offer fair and non- judgemental consideration to each request.

Please note these guidelines affect each of the below in bold,

TEPF will inquire how many clients you have. This is so we can deliver the maximum amount of gifts/parcels required and avoid waste.

TEPF will inquire gender/non-gender of clients to ensure appropriate gifts are sent.

TEPF will inquire age of children to ensure age correct gifts are sent. 

TEPF will always aim to fill your requirements but please understand this may not always be the case.

TEPF ensures safeguarding of clients, staff and volunteers remains a priority and follows good safeguarding practises.

TEPF asks you allow us four weeks to reply to you and please be aware that the cut off time for all requests is November 1st, as we begin planning and sending items then.

To qualify for our Christmas food bank vouchers/food parcels.

It is required that you're a registered food bank.

It is required you serve the community as a whole and not a section of it.

Please understand you are not guaranteed help. 

All Items delivered must be signed for on receipt. 

All requests must be either through writing or email.

To Qualify for Our Christmas Gifts for Armed Forces/Veterans. 

​

It is required that you're a registered charity that works with the Armed Forces/Veterans at Christmas. A charity number will be required.

It is required that you're a recognised VA centre.

All items delivered must be signed for on receipt.

We will consider all requests for help but may not be able to help everyone.

All requests must be made either through writing or email.

To Qualify for Gifts for Children at Christmas.

​

It is required that you're a registered/County/Council/State-recognised  child care centre which serves the entire community and not a section of it. We will request your charity number if you're representing a charity.

It is required that you're a recognised County/Council/State - worker requesting aid for children in your care. Identification may be requested. We will request your charity number if you're representing a charity.

It is required that you're a registered/County/Council/State-recognised community care home. We will request your charity number if you're representing a charity.

To qualify for Christmas Gifts for clients in a Domestic Violence Shelter.

​

It is required that you're a registered/County/Council/State-recognised domestic violence shelter which serves the entire community. We will request your charity number if you're representing a charity.

It is required that you're a recognised County/Council/State - worker requesting aid for clients in a domestic violence shelter. Identification may be requested. We will request your charity number if you're representing a charity.

All items delivered must be signed for on receipt.

We will consider all requests for help but may not be able to help everyone.

All requests must be made either through writing or email.
